Grenville Road

A spacious dining area with wooden flooring and a large rectangular table decorated with a small potted plant and a bowl of lemons. There are multiple colored chairs around the table. The room has large glass doors opening to a garden with outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and greenery, with a house in the background. The ceiling has a modern yellow pendant light, and a large skylight allows natural light into the room.
Backyard patio with potted plants, a picnic table, and a dining set with chairs and an umbrella, bordered by a lawn and brick and white exterior house walls.

The project involved a complete remodelling of a semi-detached Victorian house in North London.  A generous and light-filled kitchen and dining space was added to the rear of the original house, connecting elegantly with the existing ground floor living spaces. Built-in storage was carefully integrated with the existing rooms and circulation spaces of the house, including cloak storage and a walk-in pantry.
